Levi Coovert is finding paradise, one song at a time

20-year-old country singer ready for big things

Levi Coovert is finding paradise, one song at a time.

The 20-year-old country musician from Washington State says he started making music during a time of depression, and that it has helped him find purpose in life.

"I started writing songs during the pandemic in 2020," Coovert said. "It was a time in my life when I was depressed, and truthfully, had no idea what I was going to do with my life. I was lost. Music saved me."

Coovert's first single, "50 Days," in 2020, was inspired by his experience in the first 50 days of the pandemic. From there, he just kept writing songs.

"My first few songs, they were inspired by the pandemic. And I didn't know it at the time, but, they resonated with people," 4Coovert said. "I didn't realize how powerful songs could be until that moment."

Coovert's latest record, 'Find Your Paradise,' detailed his journey to finding paradise, which he believes comes from love, joy, and music.

"I've always said, there are three you need in life. Love, joy, and music," Coovert said. "I've found them all, at various times in my life. And this record is a culmination of that."

Coovert's joy comes from sharing his songs with the world.

"Last winter, I was bored, and I had a new guitar, and I just decided to start playing it for people," Coovert said. "I started emailing restaurants, bars, you know. Started out at open mics. Met a lot of really great people along the way, and it went from there."

Now, Coovert can routinely be found on the weekends playing at bars, cafes, and restaurants around Pullman, Washington, where he is a senior studying at Washington State University.

"I love playing for people. It's fun, especially when the crowd is hyped and energized," Coovert said. "I always try to read the mood of the people, and play songs that I hope will match the energy in the room." Coovert says he was a natural fit to perform because of his background in musical theatre in high school.

"In high school, I did a lot of stage acting," Coovert said. "That helped prepare me for this moment in my life really well. I don't get nervous to perform anymore. I don't know. I just get on stage and do it."

Coovert's latest single, 'Let the Good Times Flow,' released on October 24th, is one of his favorites yet. “I wrote this song on a day when I was feeling very low,” Coovert said. “This song was my pick-me-up.”

The song is a country-rock anthem inspired by college life in Pullman, according to Pullman.

“Being in college, there’s a culture of kicking back, and having a good time. We’re young, it’s a cool time in our lives when fun is really encouraged,” Coovert said. “So that’s in a big way, the spirit of the song.”

Coovert likened songwriting to therapy. “Writing, and creating music, it’s like therapy to me,” Coovert said. “It’s what I live for, and it truly is paradise for me. Music is my paradise.”

Coovert’s next venture will be a full-length country album, which he says is coming soon. “It will be out at some point next year, and I can’t wait.”

GEORGE JACOBS charmis with a new single: Where Is The Love

George Jacobs leans into soul traditions with a modern spiritual edge.

George Jacobs steps forward with “Where Is the Love,” a track that blends classic soul with contemporary Christian influences. Rather than chasing trends, George leans into sincerity, using a smooth RnB foundation to explore themes of spiritual disconnection and the human search for hope. The song carries a reflective tone, asking deeper questions about compassion and faith in a world that often feels fractured.

The production nods to the golden era of soul, with warm instrumentation and a vocal delivery that feels both earnest and grounded. George does not aim for flashy dramatics. Instead, he brings a calm conviction that lets the message stay at the center. His background as an independent artist with a catalog of more than 150 songs shows in the confidence of the arrangement. The song maintains a steady flow, allowing space for emotion without leaning into sentimentality.

Wait For Me (50's R&B-Soul )- George Jacobs- (Official Music Video)

George Jacobs presents: Wait For Me

An intimate R&B moment rooted in soul and spiritual longing.

“Wait For Me” sees George Jacobs step into a more restrained and soulful register, trading grand statements for something more personal and contemplative. Known for blending gospel conviction with modern R&B, George approaches this track with a vintage sensibility that recalls the warmth of classic soul recordings. The production leans into simplicity, allowing space for his vocal delivery to carry the emotional weight. Rather than aiming for spectacle, the song sits in a gentle groove that feels lived-in and sincere.

Lyrically, “Wait For Me” reads like a plea anchored in faith and love, drawing on themes of longing, devotion, and spiritual endurance. George does not position this as a power ballad but as a quiet moment of trust, speaking to the idea of waiting not as passive stillness but as an act of hope. There is a sense that the song reaches beyond romantic interpretation, leaning into the deeper tension between human fragility and divine patience.

Death Is The Beginning | A Soulful Tribute by George Jacobs Dedicated to Charlie Kirk

When music carries both message and ministry, it transcends entertainment—it becomes testimony. That’s exactly what happens in “Death Is The Beginning,” the latest official music video from George Jacobs Music Ministries, dedicated to Charlie Kirk and supporting Turning Point USA.

From the very first note, this song captures something profound—something eternal. It’s not just about death or loss, but about transition. As the title boldly declares, death is not the end—it’s the beginning.

George Jacobs delivers that truth with a stirring blend of faith, reflection, and conviction, turning what could have been a somber topic into a celebration of eternal hope. His voice—steady yet passionate—pulls listeners into a place of quiet introspection. You can feel that this isn’t just a performance; it’s personal.

A Song of Faith, Freedom, and Legacy

Dedicated to Charlie Kirk, “Death Is The Beginning” feels like both a tribute and a challenge. It honors those who have stood firm in their convictions while reminding us that life’s purpose doesn’t end at the grave. Each lyric and instrumental layer reflects George’s signature mix of rock, gospel, and modern Christian energy, delivering not just sound—but spirit.

Fans in the YouTube comments are already feeling the impact:

“Great music there, George. A very fitting tribute to Charlie who would've loved it.”

“It really makes you reflect on faith, purpose, and what comes after this life. Deeply resonant.”

That’s the effect George Jacobs has—he doesn’t just make you listen; he makes you feel and think.

About George Jacobs

George Jacobs isn’t a newcomer—he’s a messenger. With more than 150 original songs and over 200 faith-filled videos across platforms like YouTube, Spotify, and Apple Music, his music has become a source of encouragement for thousands around the world.

A survivor of life’s battles, George channels his story of redemption and renewal into his songwriting. His mission is clear: to bring Spirit, Soul, and Truth to every stage and every speaker.

“I don’t write songs to impress,” George says. “I write them to reach—to reach hearts, to reach the broken, and to remind people that Jesus still saves.”

From bold anthems like “Too Big to Rig” to heartfelt reflections like “The Book of Life,” George’s growing catalog bridges genres and generations. Every track feels like a conversation between the listener and heaven itself.

“Death Is The Beginning” isn’t just a song—it’s a sermon set to music. It asks listeners to pause, reflect, and make a choice about eternity. And in a world that often avoids such deep questions, George Jacobs fearlessly steps into that space with truth and grace.

It’s not just another release—it’s a reminder that our ending is really the start of something greater.

Doctor By Day

Like most of us growing up, our parents continuously stress how important education is and push us to become either doctors or lawyers. This was the same case for Seth Gaona-Ballester, as both his mom and dad are professors with doctorates and multiple master's degrees, he knew the educational route was his only option. After high school, it took Seth 7 years to become a doctor of physical therapy.

During that graduation weekend however, he still felt like there was still a huge void to be filled in his life. Seth has always had a passion for electronic music and throughout his studies he would find time to create edits or remixes to his favorite songs while also DJing small house parties on the weekends. Seth soon realized after graduating that producing music and DJing was his true passion and decided to pursue music full-time while only working around 2 hours in the morning as a doctor. Soon after this major decision was made, Seth started producing and releasing original music and official remixes reaching over 1 million streams throughout all platforms leading to performances in Egypt, Spain, Morocco, Turkey, and Thailand.

Doctor by Day's message is simple: "Always follow your dreams no matter what people may think or say, because there is no amount of money or prestigious titles that will lead you to true happiness".

His recent track "Hey Jude" was dedicated to his mom on her birthday as a thank you for always trying her best to guide him towards the correct path in life while also being very supportive throughout the way.
