Interview with Athena Brown

Love Music: Tell us a little bit about yourself. Your background, education, music passion etc. ??

My name is Athena Brown, I'm based in South-east London. I've been singing over 30 years. My passion is singing gospel music, and spreading gospel music, in a creative musical nature. 

Love Music: Your latest gospel song? Could you please let us know more about it?

My latest gospel song is called ' Infinity' it'll be  released, on major streaming platforms on 24th April 2026. It has a reggae flavour, it just happened to come out in that style.

Love Music: How do you stay creative and disciplined while balancing personal life and music?

I don't find it challenging, balancing work and being creative,  as it's in my nature to write down and record songs when I'm on the bus, whilst walking and even in my breaktime at work.

Love Music: What has been one of the most exciting achievements of your career so far?

Travelling around the world, working on cruise ships, has been one of the most  amazing experiences in my life so far, and also meeting people from all walks of life.

Love Music: What’s your goal in life you want to achieve next?

My next goal is that, I want this hobby to be a full-time venture. Where I travel full-time and spread the gospel via music.

Love Music: What motivates you to do your best work?

My motivation is that I love being creative, and I want to improve all the time. 

Love Music: Did you choose music, as a career, or as a hobby?

I have chosen music as a hobby, but hopefully it will be a full-time career.

Love Music: Your hit Song?

My hit song I pray will be 'Infinity' by God's grace.

I'm active on social media, such as Utube, Spotify, ditto, Instagram, and tictok also.
