Love Music: Tell us about what you’ve done musically within the past year?
South-Maine reached over a million streams on his record Races and went number 1 on the iTunes Charts in South-Africa with the record Blowing Money Fast.I Sixty Five peaked at number 34 on the iTunes Charts in the Uk with his record GumpTown(which is a crazy record by the way?We’ve recently signed our First Lady Jay Sorento who has a smash record coming out next month so yeah man we’ve been extremely busy.
Love Music: What inspired you and your team to merge together?
We evaluated the work each label was doing as a whole and felt that we could be a force by bring our talents together but remain separate in certain area’s when it came to the release and rollouts of the artist that we have.We feel as if we can serve a greater purpose together to make a long story short.
Love Music: In your mind what do you all think that either separate’s or will separate you all from the many other Indie Labels?
We believe whole heartedly that our way of communicating is unmatched the passion each artist has the work ethic each artist possess the belief and confidence they all share together is unreal.To have different styles song structures writing capabilities different idea’s etc but to be able to set that aside and support each other in every way is a beautiful thing to watch.We honestly don’t care who goes first we just want each other to win.
Love Music: What do you think happen if you put the artist together in a cypher,Which artist are you taking?
We’re taking all of them.They each bring something different and something unique to us so there’s no way to just say I’m taking him him or her.I’m a betting man so I’m putting my money on all of them.
Love Music: Tell us what we can expect from the B.U.S(BandGangRecords Utopia Recordings Star Struck Entertainment)in the next year?
More Banging Music,More Visuals,More Fan Engagement,More Radio Play,More Show’s And hopefully a Bigger Co-Sign for one if not all of the artist signed to us.
